1:Dry Fruit lassi
Ingredients

- Milk 1 Cup Ice cubes
- Cashew nuts 2 tbs
- Almonds 2 tbs
- Pistachios 2 tbs
- Yogurt 2 Cups
- Dates 2-3
- Raisins 2 tbs
- Salt 1 pinch
- Honey 2 tbs or to taste
Method:
- In frying pan,add cashew nuts,almonds,pistachios,dry roast for 1-2 minutes & let them cool.
- In spice mixer,add roasted nuts and grind to make a powder & set aside.
- In grinder,add yogurt,ground nuts,dates (deseeded),raisins,salt,milk,ice cubes,honey and blend until well combined.Delicious and healthy lassi ready for drink .Garnish & serve! Delice Natural.
