1:Dry Fruit lassi

Ingredients

  1. Milk 1 Cup Ice cubes
  2. Cashew nuts 2 tbs
  3. Almonds 2 tbs
  4. Pistachios 2 tbs
  5. Yogurt 2 Cups
  6. Dates 2-3
  7. Raisins 2 tbs
  8. Salt 1 pinch
  9. Honey 2 tbs or to taste

Method:

  • In frying pan,add cashew nuts,almonds,pistachios,dry roast for 1-2 minutes & let them cool.
  • In spice mixer,add roasted nuts and grind to make a powder & set aside.
  • In grinder,add yogurt,ground nuts,dates (deseeded),raisins,salt,milk,ice cubes,honey and blend until well combined.Delicious and healthy lassi ready for drink .Garnish & serve! Delice Natural.

2:Banana & Dates Lassi

Ingredients:

  1. Milk ½ Cup
  2. Yogurt 2 Cups
  3. Banana 2
  4. Dates 3-4
  5. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  6. Ice cubes

Method:

  • Take a Grinder,add yogurt,banana,dates (deseeded),cardamom powder,ice cubes,milk and blend until well combined.

Ingredients:

  1. Coconut milk 1 Cup
  2. Yogurt 2 Cups
  3. Instant oats 1/4 Cup
  4. Honey 2 tbs or to taste
  5. Ice cubes

Method:

  • Take a grinder,add yogurt,coconut milk,instant oats,honey,ice cubes and blend until well combined.
