  • 2 cup milk

Method

  1. Take a jar and add oats basil seeds cinnamon and the milk then mix all these ingredients well.
  2. Seal the jar tightly and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Take it out the next morning.as the meal soak up a good quantity of the milk overnight you may add a little milk more.
