How To Cook Healthy Chicken Arabian Mandi Rice?Delice Natural


Mandi considered very popular dish in most areas of the Arabian. Mandi is the stable dish served during special events such as Eid, Wedding and feasts.
Mandi is usually made from Rice Meat(camel, goat, lamb, or chicken) and different spices. However it is cooked in a pit underground But in this recipe we cooked in at home without oven and tandoor. It is extremely tasty and so much easy.

Chicken Arabian Mandi Rice

1.Mandi Masala Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Mace Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cinnamon
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 8 Green Cardamom

How to Make Mandi Masala

  1. Take a grinder jar and add all the ingredients Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom,and Cloves.
  2. Then grind it well.
  3. After grind ingredients add Salt, Mace Powder, Ginger Powder and once time again grind it well.
  4. Mandi Masala is Ready.

2.Chicken Marinate Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Leg Piece
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Mandi Masala

How to Chicken Marinate

  1. Take 4 Chicken Leg Pieces and spread Lemon Juice, oil.
  2. Then sprinkle Mandi Masala 2 tbsp and marinate it
  3. Rest it for 20 minutes.Now steam chicken.
  4. Take a pot and add 6 cups water and boiled it until make it's steam then place a stand and put 4 Chicken Leg Pieces and cover with lid and steam it for 25 minutes on high to medium flame
  5. Mandi Chicken is Ready.

3.Rice Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Rice (Soaked for 1 Hour)
  • 2 tbsp Mandi Masala
  • 2 Medium size (Chopped) Onion
  • 3 Cups Chicken Stock from Chicken Steam
  • 2 tsp Raisin
  • 10(Chopped) Roasted Almond
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 2 tsp Salt

How to Cook Rice

  1. Take a pot and add oil then fry it until it's become into light pink color.
  2. Then add Raisin and stir it and then add Salt, Mandi Masala 2 tbsp, Chicken Stock from Chicken Steam (3 Cups) and then add 4 cups water and boiled it on high flame
  3. After boiling put Soaked Rice and stir it and cook it on high flame until it's water dried.
  4. Then use very low flame and add Roasted Almond, Fried Onion (optional) and place Mandi Chicken.
  5. Place a foil and place a heated coal and put 1 drop of oil and cover with lid and cook it for 15 minutes on very low flame.
  6. Switch off flame Chicken Mandi with Rice is Ready.

3.Chutney Ingredients

  • 2 (Chopped) Tomato
  • 1/4 Cup (Chopped) Green Coriander
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powde
  • 4 Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Salt

How to make Chutney

  1. Take a grinder jar and put all ingredients of Chutney instead of salt and grind it well.
  2. Then add salt and mix it well.
  3. Chutney is Ready. Delice Natural

This recipe is very delicious and special and without ovan we make it at home. Garnish Mandi lemon,fried onion, etc. Must try. Delice Natural
