Green Chutney Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

- Mint leaves: 1 cup
- Moringa leaves: 1 cup
- coriander leaves: 3 cups
- Basil/Tulsi leaves: 2-3 sprigs
- Curry Leaves: 2 sprigs
- Green Chilies: 8-10 (adjust as per taste)
- Shallots/small onions: 8
- Ginger: 1 inch, roughly chopped
- Garlic cloves: 5-6
- 2 large lemons
- Cumin seeds: 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
Store IN a glass container in the fridge
It will keep good for up to 1 week.
