1. Ginger and chilli chutney

Ingredients are:
  • 3 green chilli.
  • Half cup of ginger.
  • one tomato.
  • half raw mango.

      Method

      Blend all together and its ready

      2.Salsa chutney

      Ingredients are:
      • 3 salad tomatoes.
      • chopped green chilli one.
      • Chopped white onions.
      • chopped coriander leaves.

      Method

      Grind all of them together and its ready.

      3.Green chutney:

      Ingredients are:
      • Coriander leaves 
      • Mint leaves
      • half Raw mango
      • One onion
      • 2 green chilli

            Method

            First grind Tomatoes with 3 spoon of lemon juice than make a puree paste and than add chopped onions, green chilli and coriander leaves.
            You can use these chutney in lunch or in breakfast, You can also use them with multi grain chapati, rice and sandwich .ALL 3 chutny give you amazing taste and give amazing result in weight loss.
