Ingredients
- Mint leaves 1 cup
- Moringa leaves 1 cup
- coriander leaves 3 cups
- Basil/Tulsi leaves 2-3 sprigs
- Curry Leaves: 2 sprigs
- Green Chilies: 8-10 (adjust as per taste)
- Shallots/small onions 8
- Ginger 1 inch, roughly chopped
- Garlic cloves 5-6
- 2 large lemons
- Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
Method
- Take a chutney grinder and Blend all the ingredients nicely do not add water while blend this.
- Store in a glass container and keep this in the fridge.
- It will keep good for up to 1 week.Use this chuteny in breakfast or snack.
